As November nears, two non-BCS teams remain undefeated. Both Texas Christian and Boise State have spotless records and continue to vie for a BCS bowl berth. With TCU passing Boise State in the BCS rankings, the issue of schedule has come into discussion. How do these team’s schedules fare against each other and past BCS-busters?

Arguably the best game of the week in college football will take place Saturday at 7:30 ET in Provo, Utah when Brigham Young University Cougars host the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs. The Horned Frogs are ranked 8th in the latest BCS standings while the Cougars are ranked 16th.

Beyond the storyline of two ranked and tradition-rich programs meeting with a great deal on the line, there is the topic of media coverage. The game will receive national coverage with ESPN’s College GameDay broadcasting from Provo and Versus airing the game.

This week the Associated Press poll had five non-BCS teams ranked (Boise State, Texas Christian, Brigham Young, Houston and Utah) while Central Michigan, Idaho and Navy received votes. Here is how Beyond Six rates the teams entering Week 7:

1. Boise State (5-0): The Broncos have won their five games by an average of 25.8 points this season. Boise State was held to a season-low 101 rushing yards in Saturday’s 34-16 win over Cal-Davis. Boise State travels to Tulsa (4-1) on Wednesday to meet the Golden Hurricane in a nationally televised clash.
